    I want to pass my suitcase in French but I can't. There is a message that appears: that the French language is not allowed. How to do it? Here is the serial number: VX2GPCV01177

    Hi, for getting another language you need to get authorisation fro a dealer,after you
    have this send a request for another language with the s/n to autelsupport team. The
    support team than will change the language on their server.
